Season five in review

With 10 wins, 1 draw, 3 loses totaling 31 points and a plus 46 goals-for/goals-against average, season five has been; apart from a 7 goal deficit compared to the previous season...The most successful season the HC Madhatters 06 have had, so far. Aiding in this task were winger Craig O'Connel and midfielder Umut Sultan who each shared 7 man of the match awards. Midfielders Ivan Sesma and Urban Trankl both received the most goals scored award this season with 8 goals each in league/cup and friendly competitions. As per clean sheets keeper Per-Henrik Magnusson received 9 shutouts. The fans also did their part by breaking their old home crowd record of 27,260 with 33,043 on their final home match of the season against the Montreal Tanners.

Kudos to everyone, all that’s needed for the upcoming season is to tear off the third place label and move up the rankings.
